No — as long as we have access to your backyard, you don't need to be home. Most customers are at work while we service their pool. We'll send you a report when we're done.
Yes! All three of our monthly plans include chemicals. We bring everything needed for proper chemical balancing every visit — chlorine, pH adjusters, algaecide, and more. No surprise chemical fees.
Light rain doesn't stop us. In the rare case of severe weather or lightning, we'll reschedule your visit to the next closest day and notify you in advance. El Paso has over 300 sunny days a year, so this rarely happens.
No long-term contracts required. Our service is month-to-month. We'd rather earn your business with great results than lock you in with paperwork. Most customers stay because they love the service.
Absolutely. Green or cloudy pools are our specialty. We'll start with an assessment, treat the water aggressively to bring it back to clear, then set you up on a maintenance plan to keep it that way.
